The Beouf Meadows Addition and Remodel

Project Highlights

This project was a remodel and an addition to a previous home we built.  This remodel project was virtually a whole house remodel and very evasive. The home owners were able to live in the home during the entire process of construction.  The details of this project included:  adding knotty alder wood beams on the ceiling in the kitchen and breakfast nook. We also installed knotty alder tongue and groove decking and beams onto ceilings in great room. Relocated the masonry fireplace as well installed a wall of windows out the back which overlooks their 2 acre lake.  The addition consisted of adding an office, larger master bedroom, closets, and exercise room in the basement.

This project was adding on approximately 500 sqft and took 4 months to complete.
