The River Front Townhouse

Project Highlights

The River Front Townhouse was built in 2013. It’s approximately 5,000 sqft of finished area.  The unique custom home design located in Washington, MO., overlooking the Missouri river.  This custom home was designed to fit in with historic downtown Washington.  The multi-level steel frame structure has exposed ceilings with douglas fir timbers, tongue and groove decking giving it a loft style look and appeal.  The elevator makes for easy access to entire home.  

Other features of the home include: The kitchen/greatroom is part of a very nice open floor plan, it’s spacious with see through fireplace.  The open floor plan draws the kitchen, great room, and bar area all together giving it that loft style feel. The large windows located throughout gives the home amazing light and great appeal.  The master bath has a soaking tub, gas fireplace, and large tile shower.
